Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. A fee of $35 will be charged for all returned checks.

Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Liability: Trash Panda Hauling is not responsible for any damage to your property during the removal process. We will make every effort to handle your belongings with care, but accidents can happen.

Prohibited items: We cannot remove hazardous materials such as asbestos, chemicals, or explosives. Please contact a specialized removal service for these items.

Dumpster rental: Our dumpster rental service is available for up to 3 days. Additional fees will apply for longer rental periods or prohibited items.

Service area: We currently provide services to all of Pasco County & Hernando County. If you are outside of our service area, additional fees may apply.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trash Panda Hauling, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of our services.

Governing law: These terms of service are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate court in Florida.
